Cosmo3DS

This is a custom loader that adds the following patches

• Region free loading from home menu
• Non-permanent region/serial change by placing any SecureInfo_A onto SD card root
• Patch eShop response with correct Country value (allowing eShop to work on region changed console)
• Block updates

The custom loader should work with any system version. You can use this with Cosmo3DS CFW or any supported CFW.
