Purpose

The purpose of this application is twofold. On the one hand it is an application
that will help users of the CodeIgniter PHP framework see how a web application
may be built using CI, while, on the other hand I hope it can be used by others
to build and manage their own Bible quizzes.

1. Create any number of quizzes
2. Allow for timed quizzes
3. Allow for storing of user results
4. Keep a pool of questions so that questions can be reused if needed.

Requirements
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This application has the following requirements:

1. CodeIgniter PHP Framework (http://www.codeigniter.com)
2. Webserver, preferrably Apache with PHP 5.2 or higher though it should pretty
   much work with anything.
3. MySQL database 5.0 or higher
