In Photoshop an artist can create another instance of an already created image (this layer is marked with P in a circle). The Creator adds a second P mark into the layer name, so the layer name now contents two P marks.
It leads to failure during Validate Naming (the space between P marks, but it can be fixed by user) and Integrate New Asset, where layer name doesn't match with regex. In Creator, there should be a validator that recognizes the already created instance.
