pAI record modules, general bugfixes, and misc additions

As I said I would in #22751, readding the pAI security records and medical records to the available modules, as well as some other things.

• pAI record modules
• pAIs now can copy access from their master (Hit them with your ID card). No more getting stuck in a department because your master left you alone for a moment.
• Added 2 new modules, meson and night vision (both cost 20 GQ)
• Fixes a bug regarding pAIs
• Cleans up a lot of the code in pAIs, as well as no longer used vars.
• Remote signaller has been redone so it doesn't appear misaligned (no more &nbsp).
• Allows ghosts to see what modules a pAI has downloaded.

Why is this good for the game?

Meson and night vision are some new modules that are generally just convenience, since as pAIs you can't wear anything to counteract that, such as meson or night vision goggles.

Copying access is also a convenience thing, since it is very annoying to get left on your own as a pAI, since you'll only have public access, whereas with copying access, you can go wherever your master can go, and not get left behind somewhere.
