Here start my version controll of the code. sim-code repository contains 9 files, four of which are *.cpp files and five are header files.

Difference between fortran code and c++ code

1. In 'initia'(fortran subroutin), it considers the case denominator is zero.
2. c++ don't have 'readin'-like, 'facur'-like, 'vorticity'-like, 'energy'-like and 'incident plasma'-like procedure.

Version 1.1

1. Delete Chinese charactor in annotation part
2. 'set_mesh' is added by a 2D-ouput process.
