Being able to configure launcher using DSN

**Description**  
Like a messenger transport, a mailer transport, ...
Could be great to be able to configure different launcher per environment, and will ease configuration

**Example**  
- `simple://simple`
- `null://null`
- `console://console?log=batch_execute.log`
- `messenger://messenger`
- ...
