Objective - Improve user experience

Current flow - Bet scroll is loopy in nature, user is able to scroll to 50 from 200 by tapping the UP arrow for example.

Task - Disable up arrow when max bet amount is reached. Similarly, disable down arrow when min bet amount is reached.

  • Functional changes have been done

@harshitasrivastav28 it is better to make the changes of design in #370 so that there wont be conflicts .
Rest #401 pr does complete as per this issue.
