Your IP address is being rate-limited. This happens often when running yt-dlp on servers/cloud instances/etc (data center IPs). The workaround is to add --extractor-arg "twitter:api=syndication" to your command. Though this has a few drawbacks: not all metadata is available, and NSFW content is unreachable
