RuntimeError: Unable to open C:\Users\任安妮\Desktop\WIFS2018_In_Ictu_Oculi/dlib_model/shape_predictor_68_face_landmarks.dat
Change it to "RuntimeError: Unable to open C:\Users\Annie\Desktop\WIFS2018_In_Ictu_Oculi/dlib_model/shape_predictor_68_face_landmarks.dat"
I had a Chinese path before.So it didn't work
