usage: python misa_multiprocessing.py [-h] [--version] -g GENOME [-c CHR] [-t THREADS]

optional arguments:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
--version show program's version number and exit
-g GENOME, --genome GENOME
Fatsa genome, should include all sequences from genome file.
-c CHR, --chr CHR Chromosome name, should be in the format of chr1A,chr2A,chr3A...(default is all chromosomes).
-t THREADS, --threads THREADS
The number of threads (default is 1).
Example:
python kq_misa.py -g SFS.fasta -t 1\
