Fix crashes

Fixed crashes and bugs.

如果一个对象通过 KVO 被监听的后，在被 MessageThrottle 框架应用了限频规则，那么当这个对象的 KVO 被移除后，限频规则会失效，因限频而延迟的执行可能会 crash。此问题已经被修复，感谢反馈此问题的同学。

Update `alwaysInvokeBlock`

1. alwaysInvokeBlock 的第一个参数改为 MTInvocation
2. 新增 MTInvocation
