A vscode plugin that append rem to css
- 实现功能添加（删除）rem，支持快捷键和右键菜单功能
- 选中对应区域，使用快捷键[cmd+shift+p] 将所选区域的css加上rem
- 选中对应区域，使用快捷键[cmd+shift+d] 将所选区域的css去掉rem
- 选中对应区域，右键菜单里，rem action，add rem | delete rem
