This long overdue release is mainly focused on upgrading the Version class and polishing its API, as well as catching up with the backlog of small bugs and enhancements, including easy to implement features. Other features, mostly related to range expressions, require major internal refactoring of the parsers, and hence postponed to the next release. The goal is to include as many changes as possible without delaying the long-awaited release for much longer.
