The arrow shown in select element doesn't align if the width of the select is large #232

If we use the select element and have a large width on it the arrow icon is not aligned. See screenshot below:

Expected: Arrow icon remains a fixed pixels (or rems) from right all the time.

the arrow icon was aligned in percentage which was looking bad when the width of the component is bigger. closes #232
