Please provide an alias lab mr new for lab mr create

For fingers used to git hub pull new, it'd be nice to have mr new as an alias for mr create.

@MartinDelille you can assume that's not gonna happen. Those changes were made as part of some go learnings when she and I were working together. In fact that was a work account I doubt is being checked.
