Reasons for Updates

There are currently two version of the zarf logo in use: the original one and the website one. The purpose of this tasks is to converge on a final zarf logo design before GA - so there is a cohesive branding for the project. The updated logo should work well on both light and dark theme, feel familiar to early zarf adoptors.

Design Tasks

  • Finalize logo design
  • Create logo variants
  • Replace in figma design - website & docs
  • Replace logo in docs marketing images
  • Create swag store
  • Print new swag stickers

Dev Tasks

  • Replace Logo in read me
  • Replace logo on zarf website
  • Replace logo in docs site

New zarf logo

  • returned to original colors
  • returned to OG eyes
  • simplified highlights and shadows from OG
  • Thickened outline
  • Fixed layering and naming of vector file
  • Similar enough to old logo that it should still feel familiar but refreshed

Here is the issue for aligning the branding of the Zarf logo so there is just one. :) May need to coordinate with growth on the website part or just submit an issue to be changed.
