Environment from config properties should be displayed in Zebrunner reporting without usage of env parameter from agent.yaml file

When I try to use agent.yaml without the env parameter, I expect the env value from _config.properties to be visible in Zebrunner reporting.

Actual result: However, no env value appears in the reporting.
Expected result: The env value from _config.properties should appear in the reporting
