Collab Panel: Better navigation between chat<>collab panel on right dock.

Description

When the collab panel is docked on the right and you open a chat. When you open a chat panel the collab panel gets closed. But now to go back to collab panel you have to click again on the collab icon in the bottom dock. Which is not very intuitive.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change your collab panel dock to be on the right bottom.
2. Open collab panel and go to chat of one of the channels.
3. Now to come back to collab panel you have to click the bottom dock as there is no back button in the collab panel.

Expected Behavior:
There should be a easier and more intuitive way to come back to collab panel from chat panel
Actual Behavior:
