Added

• #81 and #86 add a 404 template to the theme.

• #68 adds support for markdown code tabs.

• #87 adds the ability to create versioned documentation. Each major version
  should have a top-level entry in the page list, and a corresponding entry
  under extra.versions. The current version should be denoted under
  extra.current_versions. When these are found, the theme adds a version
  switcher in the subnav bar, and will only display the TOC for the current
  version. On older versions, each page will have a warning indicating you are
  looking at documentation for an outdated version.
