Describe the bug
This sample gets stuck and does not produce the expected output.

It prints the following and hangs forever:

Console now belongs to UART, hit CRTL-] to return to simulator.
*** Booting Zephyr OS build zephyr-v2.1.0-1490-gc507478007eb  ***
I am the main thread in secure world: 0
Go to normal application

nSIM FREE 2017.09

samples: arc_secure_services: fix sample.yaml

This test can't be evaluated with sanitycheck, it
requires special set-up on multiple AMP cores to
function properly. Add build_only tag.
