Describe the bug
The link is broken for the website to update the MinnowBoard firmware.

To Reproduce
Click the link referenced in Zephyr Docs (https://docs.zephyrproject.org/latest/boards/x86/minnowboard/doc/index.html#booting-zephyr-on-the-minnowboard):
MinnowBoard firmware website - https://minnowboard.org/tutorials/updating-the-firmware

Expected behavior
Active resource, such as https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/minnowboard-maxturbot-uefi-firmware

Impact
Need to search the web for the correct repository and documentation.

Looking at the suggested link in Expected Behavior above, perhaps more appropriate would be:

The documentation references now out-dated links to websites for
board landing page, and firmware download and instructions. This
commit updates the links and adds a link to the latest firmware
development for reference.
