quickfeather not listed in boards

#23565 added a new board to Zephyr, but it missed the documentation that would list the board in https://docs.zephyrproject.org/latest/boards/arm/index.html. Is that coming anytime soon? @kowalewskijan

we do need some CI that rejects incomplete board submissions, ie.. any boards without documentation for example.
