Conditionalizes pinmuxes on associated driver configs (CONFIG_SERIAL, CONFIG_I2C, etc.) for the rv32m1_vega board to avoid possible conflicts between peripherals. Signed-off-by: Maureen Helm <maureen.helm@nxp.com>
