Key Problem:

Tracing exposure (where a person went, who they came in contact with, who those people came in contact with) requires hundreds of man hours and resources. Testing + Tracing are two fundamental components of containment. If Testing is not prevalent, the burden on tracing grows exponentially.

Secondary Problems:

No way to individualize public health recommendations at scale. Current recommendations are very broad. No ability to individually triage.

Top 3 Audiences and their Problems:

Not enough physical resources, no expertise, second hand recommendations. Also do not have Work From Home options. Since they are removed from higher density areas they have time to establish preemptive lines of defense if they had the resources.

Too much workload. Lack of testing resources will increase burden on tracing until it is completely abandoned. No easy way to derive real time summary statistics to inform regional policies
