thanks so much for making all this data available here and on Zenodo!!! And congrats on recent news that you shared on Twitter :D

Do you have plans to make the original atomic model (that you used to generate the 50 maps along a single dihedral angle) available? We would love to be able to play with it too!

Thank you and thanks for inquiring! I am happy to provide the underlying atomic models and hope they will be useful. I have also been meaning to contribute the scripts for cryo-EM data simulation. I will need some time to prepare the data.
