Does the -p option allow an interleaved fastq file as input to biscuit align? #21

Is this the purpose of the -p option? I've tried streaming one to the align function but get a segmentation fault. Thanks. -Dave

I have the same issue. If I use two FASTQ files and omit the -p option there is no segfault. Seems to be a bug. (biscuit Version: 0.3.8.20180515)
