请问 上拉加载 如何实现？ 目前好像只有左右加载 而且我关闭监听是 左右拉动时 还会有progre 显示？
点击事件能不能监听一整行？

暂时没有做上拉加载，关闭监听肯定不会有progress显示的（使用adapter. disableFooter();和adapter. disableHeader();），监听一整行目前不支持，但是可以实现。
