The schema for many events is expecting "value" and not "attribute_value".

This was updated in the lib conversion and is breaking existing automations.
This PR adds value back to the event (while keeping the new "attribute_value") so that we can fix existing setups. Over time we should migrate the quirks event definitions to use "attribute_value" and once all have been updated we can remove "value".
