The old parser could only prove recursive proofs on Starknet because of calldata/contract size constraints on the network. The new parser can prove small/dex/recursive/recursive_with_poseidon/starknet/starknet_with_keccak layouts.
This is same as the existing serialization logic that needed to be replaced because the repo it was relying on (`https://github.com/Okm165/cairo-proof-parser`) was recently removed.
