Image Data Collection

Target

1. to determine classes of weathers used for classificiation.

2. to collect images for classification from Flickr.

Implementation

1. collect weather vocabulary from website.

2. filter vocabulary to 6 main classes.

3. build functions to scrape image data from Flickr using API.

4. plot scraped images using matplotlib for checking.
