Feat/planbuild support and 1.6.1 release (#17)

* fix(buildplan)

* add planbuild patch which uses the local positioning and rotaion of items on the boat to prevent boatsway and boat movement from breaking buildplan
* this will probably not fix previous copies of buildplan, but it will fix any new build plans created for boats

* Restore all of the 1.4.9 project and then re-add back changes to mesh folders, patch fixes

* add option to disable PlanBuild patch to allow future fixes from PlanBuild

* Set server as optional again since client is the only way to run valheimraft still without ZDO garbage collecting the boats

* cleanup readme
