Currently this only enables markdown alerts.

Thanks Ryan. Would you be able to add an integration test as well, to show no more escaping is being applied after enabling this extension? (CONTRIBUTING has some pointers) |

pulldown-cmarkbehind theENABLE_GFMflag.
