Description

Account dataset transaction body still use the old one version. maybe when resolving conflict someone chooses the old one. this issued bug on removing account dataset.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Try send transaction account dataset then send remove account dataset

Expected behavior

should be can remove account using remove account dataset transaction
