Color of selected text is almost the same as the automaticaly highlighted text

The selected text here begins next to Avisynth line. How I can change this to easily spot the selected text?
As a last resort is there any option to disable the automatic highlighted text?

The colors are indeed same, and only differences on outline alpha: 50 for Selected Text, 150 for Mark Occurrences.
Mark occurrences can be disabled by View -> Mark Occurrences -> Off.
