Hi @hetanthakkar1! Thanks for the PR. React Native upgrades are complex chores, and I see that you've found some Flow-related work to be done, such as upgrading Flow. CI is still reporting some Flow errors, though.

I've driven the last several React Native upgrades, and it's best if I do this one too. I have a good sense of the kinds of problems to watch out for, and I've already started preparing for this upgrade (all of the following PRs, and more, are on the path to it: #5308, #5311, #5314, #5320).
