Sent by Itho Daalderop home ventilation remote to give a "temporary high flow" command (on a CVE ECO RFT this will cause the ventilation to run on the High setting for 10 minutes). It is unclear if the package payload is actually used, unlike in the 22F1 where the payload indicates the desired fan speed.
