Resolves the following issues:
As part of migrating away from Cake the whole build process has been simplified by using a simple PowerShell script rather than requiring a build DSL. As part of this GitVersion has been introduced to make things easier.
The library now only builds as a netstandard2.0 library. Support for earlier versions has been dropped.
