As a project manager of an NGO, I want to go through an easy-to-understand virtual process and set up my custom case management system without the need to interact with a technical expert (= ask, wait for reply, pay for, ...).

This will probably will require multiple features:

  • setup wizard guiding through initial setup, creating new entity types and their relationships
  • form builder allowing intuitive design and changes to a specific view for an entity type (e.g. adding a field to an entity or moving around and grouping fields differently)
  • ...?
