For our workflow, we need to be able to limit MR output to those that carry specific labels.
This MR adds an optional argument for specifying a comma separated list of labels that
mr lsoutput will be filtered with.Note, that I currently need to base all branches from the currently unmerged branch of PR #2 to work with the project on my end.
