Clarify NI device support for devices without RSE #2472
Description
At least the https://www.ni.com/en-us/shop/model/usb-6346.html does not work in RSE configuration which we require.
Asked Torben today via email how they got it working as they requested that in #1440.
If that does really not work we should:
- Kick that out again
- Add clarification in the readme
- Output a good error message on device start, get inspired by what we do in DAP_CheckPressureSettings.
