For the Upcoming Release:

Issues Slated for Fixing in AppScale 1.6.5 (due 12/18/12):

• Tools do not validate ami/emi in cloud deployments (pull request open)
• Tools should warn users on unsupported deployments
• Updating locations metadata file after arg validation (pull request open)

Release Status:

• Currently in development mode, switching to QA on 12/10/12

For Old Releases:

Issues Fixed in AppScale 1.6.4 (due 11/21/12):

• Tools erroneously allow Java apps without 'threadsafe' tag (merged into appscale-tools/testing)
• Tools do not copy over JSON metadata file (merged into appscale-tools/testing)
• Disable use of --iaas flag in run-instances (pull request sent)
