Update ArmA 3 DLC short hashes

Added new Art of War DLC, updated all shortHash for all DLC, removed Enoch as it is part of the Contact DLC. Enoch = Livonia.
Query will still fail on parsing the steamID64 (Reference #546)

There also seems to be a new ServerBrowserProtocolV3

There is more to it, it did not work back when i checked at all due to #546 but now it will also need the new SOG DLC short hash.
In the meantime the normal query can be used tought it will not contain arma specific information.

If anyone wants to check his server log and PR into my branch that would be awesome :+1
