After PR Autodesk#420, the crease sharpnesses were incorrectly being populated using the edge IDs.

This fixes a small bit of fallout from #420 where the incorrect values were being authored for crease sharpnesses.
I added a test case for exporting creases in
testUsdExportMeshto exercise this, and confirmed that it fails without the included change inmeshWriteUtils.cpp.
