Style customer facing payment form

We're currently just using the default layout. That needs reviewing along with any text, padding, or graphics we want to put around it.

I think that looks good, definitely don't think the message is necessary. Which reminds me... The default radio button usually has the gateway name next to it in parenthesis... I edited it out on the test site. Can we default to simply "Credit Card" in that field as well?
