feat: Added correctness tests for several small relations in Goblin Translator (Goblin Translator part 8)

Added correctness tests for several Goblin Translator Relations:

1. GenPermSort relation (used for range constraints)
2. Opcode Constraint relation (used to constrain opcode constraint to 6 specific values)
3. Accumulator transfer (used to ensure correct initialisation, copying and final value of the accumulator)

Detailed results

All benchmarks are run on txs on the Benchmarking contract on the repository. Each tx consists of a batch call to create_note and increment_balance, which guarantees that each tx has a private call, a nested private call, a public call, and a nested public call, as well as an emitted private note, an unencrypted log, and public storage read and write.
