Autorest migration to track2 for JavaScript

This issue is to ensure all the Track 2 packages are using the latest v6 code generator.

We have the below issues already logged for a few services

• For Search: [Search] Regenerate swagger using Autorest Typescript v6 #9592
• For Key Vault: [Keyvault] Regenerate swagger using Autorest Typescript v6 #9590
• For Text Analytics: [TextAnalytics] Regenerate swagger using Autorest Typescript v6 #9591
• For App Config: [App Config] Regenerate swagger using Autorest Typescript v6 #12408

The Form Recognizer, Event Grid, Tables and Metrics Advisor packages used the v6 code generator from the very beginning.
Therefore, all we need to make sure is that they used the latest v6 and not a version that was a few months old

I have code complete and merged (not released) for the following SDKs:

• KeyVault - Keys
• KeyVault - Secrets
• AppConfiguration

WIP:

• KeyVault - Certificates (ETA: EOD Today/Tomorrow)
• Search Documents SDK

Blockers:

• All Blockers resolved for KeyVault - Certificates
• One Pending Blocker for Search - The ModelerFour is removing '__' from property names in the beginning. Even such names are set my x-ms-client-name extension property.
