At least lightning / on-chain payment qr code for now but might be done also with order URL qr code
On admin :

(here I moved the "Default enable "this is a fully-paid on-location physical order"" option, currently in config / config, we can migrate the option on config / POS while we're at it)
When checked : current behavior

When unchecked :

Some tests have to be done for lightning qr code, to be assured they stay readable by a phone camera if we already add order URL to the invoice address.
Note that the "B" logo can be a bit smaller.
