@gdevenyi I assume you mean you would like Register to load and use the same sorts of colormap files as Display?

@gdevenyi Just a clarification - as you know, Display supports two kinds of colour maps. One is the "label" colour map that associates a fixed colour with an integer label (extension .map), the other is a colour coding for continuous (voxel intensity) data (extension .ccd). Which is more relevant to the application you have in mind?

I was more thinking the label style, but both would be good.
