This allows us to display the era-specific tech tree in loaded games and scenarios. This was particularly important for scenarios, where the civilopedia name for the era was always consistent, but the display name for the era was frequently modified.
This PR also loads this information from save files. #392
This doesn't yet accurately display gold per turn, but tracking gold is needed for research. #392
