Generating Synthetic Sequences
If you would like to MicrobeTrace explore features but do not want to use your own data, it is possible to use MicrobeTrace to generate a dataset of random sequences from the start menu. You can select the number of sequences you'd like to generate. These are HIV-1 sequences generated based on the HXB2 (HIV reference) pol region.
